This book is a comprehensive guide to enhancing desire and arousal that focuses on pleasure rather than performance and keeping sex exciting and fulfilling. It is a classic that maintains it’s relevance today.
Lou Paget offers men who desire to please the women they adore, a refreshingly modern, tastefully explicit, and completely honest guide to giving women absolute pleasure. It is fun to read and inspires to experiment. A companion book is available for women who want to learn more about pleasuring a man: “How to be a great lover”
“Reclaiming Your Sexual Self: How You Can Bring Desire Back Into Your Life,” by Kathryn Hall, PhD.
Kathryn Hall takes a refreshingly new look at why so many women today are not interested in sex. This is a uniquely helpful book for women providing sensible suggestions for overcoming sexual inertia and finding genuine satisfaction.
“Coping With Premature Ejaculation: How to Overcome PE, Please Your Partner & Have Great Sex,” by Barry W. McCarthy PhD, Michael E. Metz PhD
Written as a resource for couples, this book contains the latest, scientifically based methods for overcoming all types of premature ejaculation and includes a complete relapse prevention program. The authors expose the myths of male sexual performance and analyze male sexual desire.

“For Yourself : The Fulfillment of Female Sexuality,” by Lonnie Barbach
This classic from 1975 maintains its relevance in this edition from 2000. It is a simple, straightforward guide to explore female sexuality. Informative for both men and women.
